Our founder started in the public sector, working through multiple roles before finally working in an internal recruitment role. This has provided a unique and unmatched understanding of the brief, culture, governance and processes required. After leaving the public sector to follow further opportunities she has now come back to a support by introducing a team that delivers tailored recruitment experiences that go beyond matching CVs. We focus on truly understanding our clients' business goals and culture; ensuring that every candidate we place not only has the right skills and experience but also the personal qualities to thrive within the team.
